Protective facade grilles
A protective facade grille makes it possible to design a complete wall or part of a wall as a ventilation grille. Protective facade grilles are used when ventilation and protection are needed for people, animals, equipment and/or machines. The grilles offer protection against rain, splashing water and (drifting) snow. In this way, the objects and/or equipment positioned behind the facade grilles are sufficiently protected. Merford protective facade grilles offer a complete ventilation concept and are always made-to-measure.
A facade grille is an increasingly popular choice from the point of view of aesthetics. Another option is to design the facade grille (partially or completely) with false louvres.
False louvres
False louvres can be used for facade situations in which no or little ventilation is needed. A false louvre looks exactly the same as a standard grille but does not allow any air through. False louvres make the ventilation in a facade grille fully adjustable. False louvres are an attractive solution particularly when ventilation grilles or facade grilles are used elsewhere in the building.
Modular system
Merford uses a modular system whereby all parts connect perfectly to each other and are simple to install. The facade can be fitted with a door which fits in perfectly with the design.
