Tunnel doors

  • At least 120 minutes fire resistance
  • Available as revolving or sliding door

  • Merford has developed a fire-resistant tunnel which fulfils the requirements of the Directorate-General for Public Works and Water Management. These requirements, which are a lot stricter than the NEN standards, imply that the door has to be fire-resistant for two hours at a temperature of 1350 °C and a very rapid increase in temperature. The MHC type revolving door meets the 120 minutes fire resistance requirement in accordance with the Directorate-General for Public Works and Water Management time temperature curve.
